2012 Film Festival: A Birthday Wish

Here is our entry to this year's Manaiakalani Film Festival. As a class we wanted everyone to take part in creating our movie. Every person had a part to play from learning lyrics and singing them, drawing graphics for the background, dancing and acting. Our movie is about a young girl who has a birthday and daydreams about the things she would really like, from meeting One Direction to driving a racing car. Please leave us a comment when you've finished viewing and we will be sure to share the love. Click here to see entries from 2011.

Our children got to go to Tamaki College for the Manaiakalani Film Festival. We've had a busy week and so as soon as we got back the children filmed their thoughts on what they liked best about it. All the films were fantastic. You can view them all on http://www.tamaki.net.nz
