Our thanks to the Kiwis
We quickly jotted down our ideas about what to say to the New Zealand Rugby Leauge Kiwi's team that won the world cup. We summed it up and came up with "Proud to be a Kiwi". Well done to both teams. It was a great game to watch. We are hoping we will be able to see the trophy in the next few weeks before it goes on a nationwide tour.

The final Disco for 2008
At Point England School we usually have a disco every term. This term our disco was held at our school hall on Thursday 20th November. We were fundraising money for our Champions celebration day that's going to be held at Swimarama on Saturday 13th December. It cost everyone $2 to get in and there were snacks and refreshments on sale as well. The children thoroughly enjoyed themselves and had heaps of fun. There were even games. Year 1 and 2 children played musical statues. Year 3 and 4 did the Limbo and Year 5 and 6 had a dance off. There were prizes as well for best dressed in our theme of Go for Green, best dancer, best Michael Jackson dancer and winners from each game.
Check out our photos and comment us.
