Basketball Lessons

Tommy Wilson

We were all very lucky today to have Tommy Wilson the author of the Kapai Kiwi series and a whole heap of other stories came to visit our school. He shared with us lots of inspirational tales about his own backyard and his travel abroad. We all thought he was pretty cool.

The Paralympics by Mubashshir

We've been learning about the Olympics and the Paralympics. We are extremely proud of all the athletes representing our country in both events.

Our Cross Country Place Getters

Here is a photo of the children in Room 9 who placed 1st, 2nd or 3rd in our school cross country. Lately we have been training for the Eastern Zone competition going to be held next week on Wednesday. These children are all looking forward to competing and going for Gold.
